How we handle what you send us through the application form.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for: your name, age, the city and country you live in, a phone number, and your Instagram username. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is required.

Our server also records the usual technical details that come with any web request — the country the request came from and the browser used — so we can tell real applications apart from automated spam.

Why we need it

To contact you about the position you applied for, and to talk through the work and your schedule. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Only the people in our team who handle applications. The data sits on servers operated by Cloudflare on our behalf.

How long we keep it

While your application is being considered, and for up to 12 months afterwards in case a suitable position opens up. After that it is deleted.

Having your details removed

Write to us and say so — no explanation needed, no forms to fill in. We delete everything we hold about you and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct anything that is wrong.

Advertising and measurement

If you arrived here from an advertisement, the page may load a measurement tag from the advertising platform so we can see which campaign brought you. It tells us that an application came from a given campaign — it does not tell the platform what you typed into the form.

Age

This position is open to applicants who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18, and we delete them if we find we have.
